Generally, individual-related dates are ascertained, processed and used for the following groups:
- guest data (esp. address data, reservation data, guest wishes, accounting data)

· - interested parties’ data (esp. interest of accommodation, interest of room- and hall rental, address data)
· - staff data, applicant data, pensioner data (personnel and salary data)

· - data on suppliers (esp. address, accounting and function data)
· - non-assignable group of persons: video recordings if necessary to fulfill the stated purposes
Categories of recipients to whom data can be communicated
Hotels, boarding houses and other lodging establishments can ascertain individual-related data and store it in atomized procedures, as far as this is required by the accommodation contract. Usually these include accounting data of food and beverages, in-room calls and / or other hotel-specific services. Hotels and lodging establishments are required by law to obtain information about the place of residence, the date of birth and the nationality of their guests and their family members.
Furthermore, data can be communicated to the following recipients:
- Public bodies that receive data due to legal regulations (for example, social security institutions)
- Internal bodies involved in the execution and fulfillment of the respective business processes (e.g. personnel administration and controlling, accounting, marketing, sales, IT organization and the reservation office)
Standard deadlines for the deletion of the data
The legislature has issued a variety of storage obligations and deadlines. After expiry of these periods, the corresponding data and data records are routinely deleted if they are no longer required for fulfillment of the contract (guest, rental and service contracts). Thus, the commercial or financial data of a completed financial year are deleted in accordance with the legal provisions after another ten years, as long as no longer retention periods prescribed or required for legitimate reasons. In the area of personnel administration and personnel control, shorter deletion periods are used in special areas. This applies in particular to rejected applications or warnings. If data are not affected, they will be deleted without being asked.
Entry forms are, according to the valid registration law, kept for a minimum duration (mandatory by law) and then subjected to a destruction in accordance with data protection which follows under special precautionary
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an existing consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Transfer of personal data to third countries
